Day 44

Extremely hung over today after a full on works Xmas do. In the hotel bar till to 4.00am, too old for all that really.

No dramas on the ciggy front to report, in fact looking back to last night it was so good to not have to keep dodging out in the cold.

Bit disappointed that hangovers seem to be just as bad, but hey ho cant have everything

Ah those hangovers are so very nasty, hope you're recovered today. How very well your doing, yes I so enjoy not going out in the cold every half hour, something nice about that, fantastic news on your quit

I find there's a hangover 'tipping point', Andrew, on one side of which hangovers are definitely less evil than they were when I still smoked but on the other side of which it makes no difference. The second variety of hangover is related to drinking an absolute shed-ful, so I think that beyond a certain point all bets are off (if that makes sense? ;))

Thanks for the concern. Stella, vodka, cider, whisky and jaeger, deserve what I get. If you'd have asked me 2 months ago, could I have a bit if a sesh, without my chum Nico, I wouldn't have thought possible. Just shows maybe you can have fun without the cigs.
