Forgot to put on my patch!

Ok I am forgetting to put on my patch quite often......I only remember because I remember not because I crave or anything. What do I do now?? Go cold turkey? Doesn't affect me either way if I have one on or not. Advice would be much appreciated x

I'm not sure on what to do but thanks ladies. Maybe I will just continue cold turkey and see what happens.....😳

I'm going to turn into a smartie!!! Been very hyper at work these days and I blame it on those lol.

Well I've decided to keep going cold turkey and see where it takes me. I do have an inhalator which I haven't used in weeks so I might just use that as a back up. I'm not rushing it but just testing the water! X

Dolores, that's exactly what happened to me. I only realised the patch had fallen off when I went to bed that night and like you, I decided to dispense with any further patches & see where it took me. I kept a supply of the 1.5mg lozenges with me for emergencies and took one per day on average for a few weeks but eventually I didn't need them any more either.

If it feels right you go for it. You can always rethink if you start to get jittery.

Well done Dolores- two whole months tomorrow!! You'll be well established come the start of the New Year. Party time!!

Just popping by to say a very well done 2 months is huge fantastic, I really don't have any thing further to add, but if it feels good , try it, going solo did make me slightly fuzzy headed for a couple of days, but it's is indeed fantastic when we get there.
