Hi all just a quick check in still going I feel so proud of myself the only downside is the weight I've put on around my tummy lol but I'm back at the gym so it's slowly coming off . I hope everyone's quits are going well if I can do it anyone can good luck xx

well done tracey I coming up to my 3 month i am bloated i gained a stone

but i was only 6 stone before i quit i seem to be staying round the 7 stone mark but cannot get rid of the bloat any suggestions much appriecated x

I've put on some weight too, around my tummy, small price to pay, if you ask me. :)

Will get to pounding the road i.e. running, when I get back from my vacation !
