Here too! Month 3 Starts tomorrow, I am going to the pub to celebrate... or am I just going to the pub because... well I've not been in one since last sunday...or cos it's Friday... or a bit of all three?

Oh and I am meeting my friend who is fed up of having her b/f at home off work all week and wants to escape hahahaha

The fire is roaring and yes, plenty of wine, normal and mulled

A lot less choc and sweets though as the quit and festive gain means less is being bought in now

Well done to you all guys, we have not left as much of a mess this month promise and there is even a bit of wine in the bar.

9 weeks today. Only wander by now and again.

There appears to be more of me now than there was, although I think that is down to lack of exercise - no footie due to weather and christmas.

Swinging into month 3 today! My longest ever so very, very happy with myself. Ironically a few odd "wantings" today. Think my stupid brain sees it as a celebration, and thinks a celebration must be "celebrated" with a fag.....Stupid brain:rolleyes:

I'm debating/arguing over whether not having a drink is means to 'have just one' or not having any smokes is reason to have half a bottle of wine.

How are you getting on with booze free Jan ? I forgot about it and had a large glass of wine before i remembered ! But none since.....The booze thing for me is very linked to ciggies anyway, and i don't enjoy the booze so much without them (cue almost a whole year spent trying to become a social smoker, who just smoked with booze....which erm didn't work) Not finding it too hard as yet.
