I did think I would stop last night but I wanted to finish the pack I had so, that said, I put out my last cigarette just before 8 this morning. I am fully armed with a spray and an e cigarette. I am now just waiting on my bus to work and I will admit it feels a bit strange standing here and not puffing but if I am going to spend a fortune getting my mouth fixed (as best as possible after years of smoking) then I don't want to ruin it by going backwards.

I hope it goes easier than I expect but if not, be prepared for a bit of ranting lol.

Anyway, I'm glad to be back amongst good company and some very understanding people. No going back this time!!!

Hi Mark, just to let you know you are not alone, I had plenty of attempts to quit. I have just got to the Penthouse and so pleased i made it. And i'm never going back again. Just remember that whatever rants you have you can shout about them on here, as we have all done it.

my insentive this attempt was getting my teeth done I got them done

they were ruined by smoking even into my gum line

so I saved my cig money put it away every week thought it take forever but

because I done so well I got a little help from very nice tooth fairy

it be worth it mark this gave me a new lease of life getting them teeth done x
