Day 4

Sorry for the continual posts but I am doing it to help me in this, I want to look back in a year and see how far I have come

Ok so day 4... Hmmmm well I have been sooooo sooooo busy at work it's been ridiculous and oddly enough I have been calmer and more organised today than I would of been if I was smoking, as a smoker I would of been nipping out every hour or so because I was so "stressed" had none of that today didn't even stop for lunch just head down and got on with it.... Did have a few pangs this evening particularly on the drive home from work but in all honesty I think I was craving wine more than fags, needless to say I have had neither... It's far too early in the quit for me to even contemplate alcohol lol!

On the whole today has been ok, not as great as previous 3 but ok nonetheless xxxx

That's a good way of looking at it, I always advise others to do that but never take my own advice x
