Day 2 & a little blue

So back to work today and the atmosphere in the office is not very nice - post Bank Holiday weekend blues I suspect.

It is also raining - blurr!!

Not craving but that is quite normal for me - what I need to know is how do I sustain this quit and not get to 2 / 3 / 4 weeks and give in???

I'm with Debbie. Try not to look ahead (tempting though it is). Just concentrate on the day at hand and let the weeks and months look after themselves.
