Dropped down yesterday to14 mg, was ok!got up this morning put patch on, nightmare, could not focus, nasty pasty to oh, just a witch, with capital b.. Terrible. So bought 2 mg lozenge to help with the drop, anyway had sausage sarnie, was only then,that I realised it was a hangover from day be for,not the drop nicotine, silly billy I am.
