Good luck with this quit, with 4 years in the bag you know you can do it there are lots of people on here recently who have caved for one reason or another myself included so you will have lots of people in the same boat and at the same stage as you, so plenty of support here if u want it...how long have you been smoking again if you don't mind me asking? Has it been a short time? Xx
