It's so horrid when you feeling under par my lovely. Sore throats can make us so miserable.

Ah Val, I feel for you Im not well either at the moment, I'm away with the fairies on tramadol :D... have you got any honey in the house? a teasoon in a drop of hot water with some lemon juice really is the best thing for a sore throat, hope the day goes quickly for you so you can snuggle down in bed xxx
