well its day 1 again... :mad: however its almost over and I am calm and happy and ready to carry on... no more posting until month 4/5 as this would of been my new room in a weeks time... however cant dwell on it or I will drive myself bonkers!

It's just a delay to achieving a smoke free life officially. ie entering the penthouse

To be honest you're living the smoke free life now but I totally understand your frustration.

You're right: don't think what might have been concentrate on where you are and take each day as it comes.

I think you should post though, you're now dealing with disappointment and regret as well as having woken the demon and quitting. I think you're going to find the first few days tough. I hope I'm wrong and you sail through because the memories of being a non smoker will be strong as well.

You do what works for you hon. You know what will help you.

i agree with what others have said

no good dwelling on whats done as its in the past you can only concentrate on one day at a time breaking it down into sections and taking it one baby step at a time

just remember to be proud of what you achieved you won the battle not to cave in at a certain point like you used to
