Am glad Day 4 is almost over am going to go to bed soon before I dream anymore about walking to the shop and buying cigarettes!!! It is a Friday night and I am so used to being out on a Friday with a few drinks and some cigs! This is torture
I hope everyone else is doing well!

Hey MaryJane.... great job on 4 days! Those are the toughest days..... and you did it! Keep moving forward and really the most excellent days await you! Being free from an addiction that makes you feed it almost on the hour is worth a few days, weeks of discomfort..... like I said, keep moving forward, day by day and you will be ever so glad you did! Thanks Marg, the forum has really helped me, every other time I have tried because I have noone really there all the time to talk to I just end up convincing myself it is no problem to go back on them and start again on down the line, but with this I know that is dangerous territory, just quit and stick to it! Hi Linda,
Thanks I bought myself a new outfit to wear out lastnight, telling myself I deserved it for staying off the cigs all week, and it felt great coming home not stinking of smoke in it!
