Bought some Green & Blacks Ginger Dark Chocolate to celebrate getting to 7.

There've been some nail biting moments this week but I have to say all you kind folks have given me that extra little boost that's helped me ride out the monster and kick its ass.

Still early days, but there are glimmers of it getting easier. And well done to all you other quitters hanging on in there. It will be worth it when, finally, this nightmare is kicked into touch.

Enough is enough really, being slave to this idiotic master. I've no excuses, (that aren't stupid rationalisations anyway), for it taking so long to get to this point. The truth is I happened to enjoy roll-ups and probably still would. So, in the end, it's just self-indulgence and addiction, with an large dollop of denial on top.

Yeah....enough is enough. Stay strong people.

Clod, the Green & Blacks chocolate sounds like the perfect way of celebrating. If I wasn't dieting I'd probably grab said chocolate from your trembling hands and run away with it.

I didn't smoke rollie's mainly cos I couldn't roll them for shizzle, not even with a machine! But just wanted to say well done on ur first week, good going there Clod

I could roll two at a time with hands tied behind my back whilst having a pee - and still keep my feet dry.
