Day 12 is heavenly

Hello to all and here I am at day 12 and I feel pretty good. I am not tempted to smoke at all. I do not feel deprived I feel LIBERATED. Still really scared that I will find a way to sabotage myself. I stopped using patches today. I have some lozenges, and will use a couple a day if I feel any sort of urge to smoke. Last week I bought a pair of shiny shoes and yesterday I bought lots of bulbs for my garden. I could not have bought them if I had been smoking. I dont know what I will buy next week, but I dont think it will be stinky fags.

next purchase

I dont know what I will buy next week although my underwear drawer is a bit skanky. Day 13 is going well- went for a walk with a smoking friend this morning and did not actually notice when she had a cigarette time was when I would have quivered like a dog in a butchers shop. But I have been like this before and still got sucked in again, maybe it is time to announce that I WILL NEVER SMOKE AGAIN. It might be a bit embarrassing to come creeping in and say I had one after that. But I would come back, I think coming here really helps. Now I'm worried that people who are struggling might feel worse if they read my silly nonsense so I also say to smokers and to new non smokers,to trying hard to stoppers, to old hands and to those who have never smoked, I love you all and I will never judge you

Two weeks tomorrow. Bet that will feel good. Isn't it great to have extra money instead of blowing it away. I had my lounge and hall decorated and new carpets. Saving up for a new bathroom now :D:D
