I have always been positive in my posts, but sometimes I will look for ones that go with my moods to help me through so figured i'd write.
I am dealing with some stress at home, I got so worked up and upset yesterday that I walked to and from the store twice to buy cigarettes, I haven't been able to shake the feeling of wanting to smoke since but of course I can't bring myself to do it because I know how I will feel as soon as i'm done that one.
sometimes I feel like quitting gets the best of me and I can't handle it

Oh so sorry to read this, when we have these sooooo difficult days, it does seem more acceptable to have a smoke, but really it does nothing to help our situations.
You have come so far, I do hope you manage to keep going with your quit.
You are really doing fantastic, stress is a massive trigger for us to light up, but it's never the answer to any thing, it changes nothing, so I do hope life looks better for you soon.

Hiya
I'm really sorry you're having a bad time, stuff like that can be a big trigger so well done for resisting the call of the cig monster!!
You know that smoking won't solve anything, even though it's tough!!
Ah hon so sorry you are feeling like this, I remember it so well. Although saying that I can't remember how I dealt with it. I think I took the dogs for a walk and took lots of deep breaths! Oh and I played loads of candy crush saga and farm heroes online!
Keep your chin up and don't forget you are doing really well.
Well done you for not buying them I too am having days like yours, I cant believe so far into our quit we still feel like this, but like you, I am gonna try my damned hardest not to go back to day one, that right now is the only thing keeping me going, stay strong, this will pass, just like all the other hard days (weeks) weve had xxxxxxx
feeling much better this morning but that was a rough Monday yesterday! I went to bed shortly after I got home from the office, best way to end the cravings...today is a new day!
