Yes isn't it good to have those moments! In the past my lighter was on the same priority as my keys, bank card and mobile! How ridiculous is that.

Saying sorry no light earlier this evening made me proud to be a non smoker and proud to be a part of this forum. We are all here because we all want to quit and the fact we are all on here and posting our feelings and experiences is great. I have come onto this forum every single day since November 17 last year and the posts I have read have helped me so much

Everyone has their own method to quit. Personally for me my method has been cold turkey and this forum. Without this forum I doubt I would have got to day 110!!!

It is indeed a lovely feeling. It's up there with being asked by anyone in the medical/dental profession if you smoke and being able to honestly reply with a big fat no.
