Cheers, for all the love and support peoples, back at you all wherever you are on your quit!
I think today has been the easiest day so far, lets have more like this please ha ha
Hi Mooby
Good to know you're on Day 9 and feeling great.
I'm also on Day 9 - and only an hour or so off Day 10.
Not only do we have a quit date in common - but I see you're living in Wolverhampton. That's where I was born and grew up.

Day 10, bring it on, are you doing cold turkey?
I moved to Wolves last year from South Birmingham, people always ask me why I would do a crazy thing like that ha ha.

I've not gone CT - I'm on patches - and occasional nicotine mouthspray. Not sure if the patches are doing much for me - but don't want to leave them off at present in case they are being effective.
The mouthspray just gives me something to do from time to time. I think I could cope without the patches and the spray - but will wait another couple of days before dispensing with them
I left Wolverhampton when I was 15 - though I've been back many times over the years to visit relatives and friends. I was at college in Brum for a couple of years in the mid-60s (yes - I'm that old !). After living down south for the past few decades - I've recently moved to Yorkshire.
You sound really positive mooby, well done on Day 9.
Hope you've had a busy, happy, smokefree day.
If you're going CT join the Group - Cold Turkers 2014. bb x

I got the patches and the nicotine spray on prescription. Being the age I am - I didn't have to pay for them. If I'd have had to buy them myself - or pay prescription charges - I wouldn't have used them.
I trust you will remain as positive as you appear to be at present.
We're both doing well !

I tried one of those mouth sprays last year, it made me hiccup ha ha.
