Day 8 cold turkey anyone?

It's the start of week 2 and the sun is shining, I still feel a bit crap though ha ha. Can't tell which of my symptoms are cold turkey or down to this blasted cough and cold (...seems to be going away now and I can breathe). Anybody else week 2/day 8ish cold turkeying?

I was CT on New Year's Eve

I can remember that during those first few weeks ai didn't feel tip top and felt quite down

Having lots of naps helped

Be kind to yourself this week

It really does get better much quicker than you would guess

I've been keeping myself very busy, ha ha I've never know the house so clean!
