Hiya!!

Well after yesterday's massive positivity, I'm not feeling quite so good.

Am a bit cravey, and a bit on the grumpy side *but* I am not going to let it settle, no chance. Like i said yesterday, it's a mental battle and either I can allow myself to get down or I can force myself to get up!!

So while I'd like to go slap someone, I'll smile and be nice 'cos that makes me feel better anyway

Oooh plus there's that whole how dare the nicodemon try to make me feel like poo thing going on.

Just keep whacking him every time he sticks his head up - kind of a whackamole game but with his ugly, yellow face on the pop-up thingies!

Gotta say Gemma-Lou, you are definately sounding more confident with every post, you really are getting to grips with beating nicodemon, I can just imagine him pleading in his weasely voice for you to give in and you standing up to him and giving him both barrels :D. I used to imagine him as a bully hiding in the shadows and I always felt better after mentally marching up to him and shouting in his face 'How DARE you try and temp me with your incideous noxious poison you *&"!!ing **&^"!!!' and after that I felt a whole lot better

Don't know what the weather is like in Cormawll but the sun is shining here....might go for a nice walk....fresh air and exercise.....that will kick him into touch
