Farewell Month 3....

Next Friday I'll be leaving the room for good.

A full 4 calendar months or 120 days, whichever sounds better!

Decided to move into each room once I had done the time rather than sitting in Month 6 for 7 months.

The quit is gradually getting easier and I now don't think about cigs all the time.

No more cravings (as I used to) just a few fleeting thoughts during the day.

I know what you mean about the prospect of spending 7 months in the 6 month room. I think I will spend 3 months (effectively) in the 4/5 month room as I have 'want to move room' fever too much to be as disciplined as you are being.

Anyway, I shall continue to follow the trail you are so expertly blazing.
