Lindy I echo Johns words, you seem to be flying now.....way to go
Great stuff Linda! Well done
You seem to be breezing through your quit. Even with the sleep problems you are showing us all how to do it and stay cheerful. Well done indeed and keep it going.
Thanks
I think because the sleep problem isn't a new one albeit more frequent I don't really associate solely with my quit. I've also spent 5 years muddling through with it and get sick of hearing myself moaning lol
I've been scared to say this out loud but will, after the first week was done I have found it much easier than I ever hoped for. I was prepared for the initial symptoms to last a lot longer.
In fairness I do have an Ecig for weaker moments but I am using it maybe once a day now sometimes twice if I have hours of my mum puffing away when I am up caring for her.
I spent the last 5 years defending my smoking and was so annoyed when the legislation changed up in Scotland (*deep shame*). I knew when I finally decided to quit it would be on my own terms, my biggest challenge was my own head
