Its day 36 and I appear to have developed a rash on my face, on my forehead and next to my eyes! I haven't changed my skincare or eaten anything different to the usual. Anyone experience the same thing? I was promised glowing skin....but will now have to spend all my hard saved cash on a mask to shield others from the sight

Oooh heck, that's not fun
How bad is it? "Quit zits" are pretty common sadly, but a rash sounds awful!!
Well the mask might be an over reaction (at the moment) but I've been lucky enough never to suffer from bad skin so its not...pleasant. Fingers crossed its just stress! Lovely to see your name popping up in the forum today! x

It does sound pretty nasty  if it isn't getting better, definitely see the doctor, ooh and drink plenty of water 'cos it helps laods of quit related things!!

Are you on champix by any chance? I know that can have an adverse reaction on skin for some people? Xx
Morning! Thanks for the replies ladies. I can't think of a single thing that's different with what I'm using or doing except for not smoking! Definitely should be drinking more water though! Cold turkey for me, so not champix related either. I'll soldier on and hopefully it will sort itself out!x

Water should help clear it up - your body does a lot of cleaning out when you quit and sadly it can give you spots
But a load of water helps flush out all the muck and helps beat cravings too - bonus!!
Huge well done for going cold turkey  you're flipping brave!!x
