I drove to work in rush hour traffic, without a cigarette.
A couple of times I went outside for fresh air, without having a cigarette.
First day at work as a non-smoker and I did it. I did have a couple of cravings, but they passed. I got lots of encouragement from my team and I'm feeling really good about not smoking. I haven't coughed as much today either. The only downside is my huge appetite, but I've decided to allow myself two weeks of eating loads and then get back to normal. I can't do it all at once.

I think that's a good plan, like you say you can't do it all at once, you run the risk of failing both diet and smoking if you do and obviously quitting cigs is far more important, enjoy your food fest for a fortnight and then see where ur at glad work went well for you xx
