Whether I smoke now or not!

Craves are milder and habits are dying and from all my previous experience as a serial quitter I know the what that first fag tastes like when you havnt had one for ages.

I also know that Iv had to force the next couple to get that " enjoyment " again.

So I realise it's now my choice to either stay quit or start again.

And this time I'm through with all the promises and lies to myself.

I'm now a non smoker...

We can smoke, I could go off and buy 40 fags right now but won't 'cos we're free

Carol you are so right-now it is your choice and your choice must be to consign smoking to your past :D

Every day still make a little pledge to yourself and say out loud " I am making a choice of my own free will,that today- I will not smoke" and mean it.Just today.

The days are already rolling into WEEKS
