Isn't it lovely when you have a whole month under your belt?
We'll be at halfway house before we know it
Indeed! I really think it will start to come around quick, this last few weeks have whizzed by! x
Fabulous Donna well done
Now do not whatever you do,allow any doubt or complacency to creep in..
Next target is 2 months and stay just as determined and disciplined as you have done so far.
cos you DO have this by the scruff of the neck now, when I think back to your abortive attempt to delay the quit until March
Keep the faith!!! x
I actually can't believe I even posted that... It goes to show what smoking combined with desperation does to you! 9 weeks is my ultimate goal, I have never got that far in 7 attempts, if I can do that then I know for a FACT I will be smoke free forever however, there's no IF about it I WILL do it, plenty of PMA going on at the moment, (can you show me this post in a few weeks Max when I'm climbing the walls and crying on here )
Well done Donna - going great guns!!!
Loving the positive attitude - a little reminder to me today to keep on swimming!!
Xx😄
Defo keep on swimming, you quit on 11/11/13 I have no doubt in my mind you will succeed, there's a good vibe with 11:11 I see it everywhere and it's ur guardian angels looking out for you, ( I'm really into everything spiritual) you will definitely do this tangled xx
Baby steps all the way, I'm mincing my way forward like nobodies business You are doing so well, and you're positivity is brilliant, this will be your forever quit

Thanks Jen I have such up and down days, far more than I did in my last quit however my end goal is always going to be the same, to be a comfortable happy non smoker x
Nice one Donna, you sound much more positive this time around and as we all know, if your head's in the right place..... Well done you
Thanks Isolde I feel more positive in my ability to quit but as stated above the up and down days are horrendous I kind of wish I was chomping for a fag but it's not that I don't even think of smoking its just my mood is very up at down I'm sure it will get better tho as time goes on x
Well done Donna, 1 month is a fantastic achievement
I am watching your progress with interest and am willing you on all the way.
I know you can do this - day by day, week by week and month by month X
Thankyou mags your support is so valuable to me especially as you have really cracked it xx
