Hurrah into the second month! :D:D

Had a few wobbly days last week but I have got through them and looking forward to completing my first month, back to my positive attitude I had in the first 2 weeks and feeling great :)

I am so grateful to the friends I have made on here, a PM when ur down works wonders for morale so thank you for that.

Been paid aswell so off out today for a bit of retail therapy and lunch with the family January has been a loooong month!

Enjoy your weekends whatever u are doing xx

We'll be at halfway house before we know it :)

Indeed! I really think it will start to come around quick, this last few weeks have whizzed by! :D x

Fabulous Donna well done :D

Now do not whatever you do,allow any doubt or complacency to creep in..

Next target is 2 months and stay just as determined and disciplined as you have done so far.:)

cos you DO have this by the scruff of the neck now, when I think back to your abortive attempt to delay the quit until March

Keep the faith!!! ;) x

I actually can't believe I even posted that... It goes to show what smoking combined with desperation does to you! 9 weeks is my ultimate goal, I have never got that far in 7 attempts, if I can do that then I know for a FACT I will be smoke free forever :) however, there's no IF about it I WILL do it, plenty of PMA going on at the moment, (can you show me this post in a few weeks Max when I'm climbing the walls and crying on here ;) )

Defo keep on swimming, you quit on 11/11/13 I have no doubt in my mind you will succeed, there's a good vibe with 11:11 I see it everywhere and it's ur guardian angels looking out for you, ( I'm really into everything spiritual) you will definitely do this tangled xx

Thanks Jen I have such up and down days, far more than I did in my last quit however my end goal is always going to be the same, to be a comfortable happy non smoker x
