Dreaming!!

I dreamt I had a fag last night, it tasted rank, i didnt enjoy it and yet in my dream I knew i was hooked again, I was so upset....... For a minute or two when I woke up I was so gutted, I even feel like ive had a fag, and then I realised i hadnt had one yaaaay NOPE xxx

That sounds sooooooo much better than the one I had although there are a few rude ones aswell....... I dont wake up feeling disappointed after them lol xxx

Never dreamed about smoking when I did it, but I do now, yuck!!

But it's a great feeling when you realise it was only a dream.

Have heard it's because of the smell in our lungs and ou brains pick up on it, not sure how true that is?

A month or so ago I had exactly the same thing happen to me. I woke up in a right state and thought 'oohhh no I have to quit all over again, why did I do it!'

before I realised it was a dream and broke out into a massive grin

It's the only time i've dreamt about it before or since and it was quite a sideswipe! Still, at least we can say we have still quit! Keep up the good work

I've had the same dream (twice since I quit). It's SUCH a lovely feeling when you wake up isn't it?

OH quit nearly 12 years ago and he still has the dream occasionally.

So glad it was a dream Also just went to the dentist to have a wisdom tooth removed and he started lecturing me about smoking and how it will make it harder to heal, i told him i quit so he changed my details from smoker to ex smoker yaaaaay xxx
