had a crazy night. the wildest dreams ever (I wont go into it otherwise some of you may never reply to me anymore). good fun though..
yesterday night was easy, the OH ran out of fags by the time I came back from My taekwondo sesh', so no devilish temptation. nah,she is a good girl really, let's not forget she stopped on both pregnancy while I was puffing away like a coal factory, (as socially acceptable now as a fart in a crowded lift).
anyone of youze have picked up a martial art? quite good smoking cessation therapy...my own little "fight club".
have a good day, y'all....

glad you r feeling good. I didn't take up martial arts, I took up lollies, and am now addicted. The dreams on the quit are wicked, some are sooo real. Keep posting
Not sure if it's 100% correct but I was told that nicotine suppresses dreams so once you quit it free's up your mind - I've had some amazing dreams - driving a lorry with Gene Hunt (ashes to ashes) beside me talking about appraisals is still my fave. The best thing is they haven't gone yet
I know it's likely a combination of side effects of Champix and nicotiene withdrawal symptoms but wow the dreams are super intense.
I was trying to explain to a work mate they are more like sleep hallucinations, glorious technicolour, sometimes very 18 rated , sometimes a bit random but easy to remember. It's like I am awake but sleeping and dreaming at the same time? I think I know where they got the idea for new movie "Inception" , an ex Champix, smoking quitter
When I have a dream which isn't 18 rated, violent, contain sexual swear words or work related I will post it for a laugh. Talking about dreams is a giggle.
