dropped to 14 mg patch this morning on top of a busy day yesterday and a pretty crap nights sleep to be honest ..............so I was not as bright and breezy as usual this morning and yelled at my 13 year old daughter before she went to school :(...............soooooo I have spent the rest of the day cleaning her room and making her favourite tea :D

To stop the barking...get a lozenge under that tongue...let it ease that edgy
