Day 6

Todays been ok, was so busy in work i didnt have much time to think about smoking and when I got in from work I kept myself occupied by cleaning until my hubby and son came in

I plan to keep myself busy tomorrow, going to take my son to the play trail, hopefully i'll be able to keep up with him better now without being out of breath!
