day 32-

sorry ive been off for a few days. I turned into the pink fluffy incredible hulk on wednesday and walked out of work!

I was treated very badly IMO and I didnt want to stay there so I said FU and walked.

I had a call from my boss saying im allowed that afternoon and the rest of the week as holiday if i wanted to. She is a very nice lady- luckily

I just hope she told the others off for being horrible to me.

I cant believe that im still smoke free after that! Its pretty amazing!!

any day in the passed I would have gone straight to a pack of 20!

Its just an office job Max. Full of older women who are all going through menopause at the same time D:

The woman who wound me up last week apologised and I apologised for saying FU.

My boss is making me take the time off as holiday. So we are all square again now.

Circus of horrors was amazing on friday! I would recommend it. I saw a sword swallower and his ribs moved sideways out of the way! ewwww!

I keep getting random rashes on my arms and legs and back and even my feet. Im wondering if its the patch or if its something else.

Its like I scratch too hard and it all swells up, thing is, its though clothes so I doubt its my nails being too sharp.

wonder if anyone else has experienced skin irritations?

That sounds like that I get with my wristband Princess, but I had that when i smoked too :confused:

May be worth asking your doctor about it, and try some E45 maybe?

But when they clear, you'll have lovely clear skin

One tip I learned when I was a teen, use insect bite cream 'cos it takes the redness out!!

Waaayyyy better than Clearasil and stuff

I forgot a patch yesterday, I had a few grumbly moments but I survived.

I had my patches with me but thought screw it, i was at home - smoke free house with anti smoking parents. No chance I would cave in!

Ive put my patch on today and all is well

just survived another stressful moment. This time at the post office in the que on the phone to my mum with minimal signal. She forgot to write the address on the parcel i was sending. she couldnt hear me and i had to shout and people were looking and smiling.

Shop next door sells fags and I thought about it and I thought NOOOOO

I survived!

My sleeping patterns are starting to settle down now. At the beginning of my quit I was falling asleep at like 8pm instead of my usual bedtime of 11

You definitely don't need to be ashamed of your patch - you're not a smoker any more

But some people, me included, find that it feels really weird with the patch on your arm - like you've been punched :eek:
