Hi I am new to this forum, so nice to meet u all.

Today, I have started to try and give up smoking. Probably the 100th time, but this time im gonna crack it. Ive bought an ecig (never brought one of these b4) In the hopes that this works. Its quite good as it does feel like im smoking with out the smell and the feeling bad afterwards.

Anyway so day one nearly complete, heres to the rest of my life!!!! :0)

Just the action of breathing as if you were smoking helps a lot with the short little craves that crop up.

That's the discovery of the day for me. I suspect that a lot of what ecigs do is down to that...not all, but a lot.
