just joined here for the support..on day 4 'cold turkey' i quit for 6 months but used electronic cigarettes only..this wasnt a solution..i started smoking again for 2 weeks before new year! here i am day 4 with zero help 100%confidence all is well so far! x

thankyou..im thinking positive..cravings still there i feel each day gets harder but i keep eating and focusing my mind on anything but cigarettes x
