Hello all! Well I have still not had a ciggie, but have started to use the ecig/vapouriser thing, the cravings got to much for me to handle, and I was feeling so agitated, so rather than have a fag I got one of the ecigs!!!

This is why I bought one to help me on the way and it seems to have done the trick! I bought some low nicotine liquid and some flavoured zero nicotine liquids.

Day 5 and I've not touched the nicotine liquid since day 1 as it's vile! I quite like the caramel and cherry flavours I have but even they are getting old quite quickly.

You're not smoking and that's the main thing
