Start of a New Life

Morning All,

Im new to this and i thought it would be a good time to share my experience with quitting :).

Today i start my quitting process, i have two NRT's they are the NiQuitin Mint Lozenges and the Nicorette Quickmist, after 6/7 years of smoking i have come to a conclusion to quit due to my health and my age as im 20 in a month.

Good luck to anyone who has started to quit or are in the process and i wish you a smoke free new year!
