Hi all,made it to day 26,but having a bad day.First really stressful event (argument with hubby lol).Gawd this is tough.Still using the patch (lower strength),and the odd use of my inhalator.But having to constantly tell myself no today.Feels like day 3 again (which was really bad for me)

Welcome and well done getting thus far. Each and everyone of us that has been through this quitting malarkey has experienced what your feeling, and has at times used an argument to say, you made me do it! Its an emotional roller coaster.
I found dropping down the strength took a few days to get use to, and we are at war so be a little selfish in your quit, do what you need to, to get the result you want. Well done, not easy to quit, keep reading and posting :cool:
He is on the attack, but in a sneaky way via boyfriends and husbands clever he is he wants to make you ill and eventually kill you! He doesn't want to lose you, it's getting to the point where he is starting to panic, so it's all guns blazing. Just goes to show how well you are doing enjoy your freedom.
