Ok, after a bitterly pathetic attempt yesterday I ruined it today. So the plan is to consider myself a non-smoker from Wednesday! I have lozenges, sprays and an e-lite (just in case). A stock of supplies, a plan and gritty determination. Hopefully I can sustain it this time. Gd luck and we'll done to everyone so far
