I quit last year around February, this lasted for 6 months - I stupidly smoked a cigarette during a mad moment of stress (or rather a big stress after stupid hairdresser screwed up a hair cut - I mean how wrong can you get a bob style and colour I mean really  ) , however this is a really bad excuse.
I quit this time forever, I really have had enough of ciggies dictating my life, my money and my health.
FYI this time I'm quitting cold turkey (same as last time - only hopefully without ending up looking like the michelin man/girl), with a little bit of help from my secret weapon - trident chocolate mint gum, mmm lush.
I will let you know how my day 1 goes.
PS Messages of support are always welcome, trust me I need them.
Natallie.
