I feel great and I still can't believe that it has been 6 months. I remember on day three, my wish was to be at 6 months so I would feel better and here I am - my wish came true and I do feel better now. The craves hapen once in awhile, but they are quite easy to fight off . I am proud of myself and I am also proud of everyone else who has taken the smoke free path. To those who are still at the beginning of the quit ~ stick with it because it is worth it and really looking back now - 6 months came faster than I ever thought it would

Congrats Poskit! You are a star hunny! Here we sit half way through a year and doing excellent. Cheers to all of my no-smoke buddies
