Almost through day two, been a heavy smoker for almost 20 years, I can't concentrate, my mood is swinging all over the place and I feel all tingly, but not in a good way!! I can't wait to feel better... just got to get too tomorrow...

Thanks Kat, its past midnight now so thats 2 days done :), Got a feeling its going to be another sleepless night... Still, went swimming this evening and its good to feel some lung capacity start to return... I'm smelling everything more, even after just 2 days! Only downside is a women's perfume almost knocked me out on the train home from work tonight! I'm not use to having a sense of smell lol! Mind you coffee is tasting amazing!!

Keep going amigo, you really are nearly through the worst of it. The increased lung capacity is the one really big noticable difference for me, i'm finding my bike riding to be much more enjoyable, talking of which, I found doing lots of exercise really helped (plus you get the added benefits of being fitter, it's a win win situation you find yourself in )

Hang in there, a few more days and it will be SOOOOOOOO much easier!!! You are doing brilliantly and it will be worth it!
