Day 6 and finally over the nausea symptoms I've been feeling. The changes I am making to my work week routine have been distracting me so far. I know my irritation levels are high so the "Mind Like Water" mantra and plenty of humor helps!! Still having that one smoke remains a real temptation.

I am on the East Coast...and I agree - this website has truly been a blessing. I look forward to reading what people post. East Coast, West Coast, UK, Ireland, Australia....it does not matter. We are all in the same boat slaying the same dragon. Stay strong and win the fight!
