Just to update you all and thank you for your support. I am currently in Week 2 (not really paying attention to counting days as planned) and doing good so far. I've been carrying around gum and lozenges but have chosen not to use them, always leaving them until 'i really need them' and then the craving passes! My quitting tools have been drumstick lollies and fruitella!
What's really amazing is I went away for the weekend and to 2 gigs and managed not to smoke! I was planning not to drink alcohol for the first month after quitting, that failed but I didn't smoke so that's the important thing.
How's everyone else getting on in the week 2 crew?
