...& I'm still getting cravings but they're bearable....for now! I don't trust Nick O'teen &, from my past experiences of quitting, I know how easy it is to fall prey to his advances. However, the depression & rages have lifted (which my family are very grateful for)...hopefully, they won't return....& I don't have insomnia this time, which is a bonus (Horlicks & no caffeine after 6 pm! Oh...& the wine helps ;)) I'm no fitter, but I knew that would happen...unfortunately, I'm one of those people that smoking /no smoking makes no obvious difference to. In fact, the last time I quit, I ended up in hospital 2 months into it with a heart attack, lol! But the quit will help lower my high cholesterol & will help my health in the long run. I've done this quit by myself, with both my husband & daughter smoking so I'm very proud of myself & know I've done well. The E cigs helped enormously & I haven't been hooked on them at all...in fact, the last time I 'vaped' as the Americans call it, was a week ago! But they really helped fight that stupid feeling of loss & emptiness....& have prevented me from eating as a substitute. So....hopefully, this quit will continue to be successful
