Day 7

Sugar!! just had my first big test!! just could have smoked a whole cig in 1 drag! arghhhhh !!! I made it through by going for a drive around! It was a tough one! could have quite easily just had one of my mums cigs too! made it through though!! was a close call though I tell you all!! How is everyone else doing?

Day 7 for me too, Zach....well done for resisting that massive craving. I'll admit I had one that literally made me drop to my knees. The feeling was almost out of control but I did some deep breathing, told my OH & he gave me loads of encouragement which helped a lot. We shall just have to see what today brings...I shall be busy painting a ceiling & papering walls...that should keep me out of trouble. Hope you have a good day, crave free
