Do get craves, but it's for the e-cig not the real thing - it's a bit bizarre really!!

I failed with Champix...

But it was ME who failed.. Not Champix...

I couldnt take the tablets for the entire time - I was passing out and vomitting every morning after I took them..

So I took them just long enough to get me to the 10 day mark where I quit.. I stayed a non smoker for a while.. However I kid myself into thinking I could just be one of those amazing 'social smokers' only smoking when having a drink.. and truth be told that exactly what I stayed for a few weeks... but then it got hold of me again and there I was... smoking any day of the week...

But not now..

Now I am on Day 2 of COLD TURKEY... and feeling mighty fine - A bit lost sometimes.. not sure what to do in that 5 minutes I would usually have a cig in.. but im not grumpy or moody, im not hungrier or irritable..

I am just positive and focused!!!

Champix ARE great - my mother gave up her addiction using them many moons ago and hasnt looked back since...

They just were for me.. they were almost too easy which made starting again all too easy too! This time its going to take mega willpower - cold turkey and my fiance is still a smoker!!

Wish me luck in my LAST attempt to kick this filthy habit!!
