Hi All!

I am hoping that this is my last day 3!

Things are going well so far but i learnt the hard way

that i need to take one day at a time!

I quit for just under a month back in april then stupidly thought that i didnt need the champix tablets anymore so stopped them, a week later i was smoking again

Keep going everybody!

Think it's important where you can to do the full course of whatever quit smoking aid you use 'cos the nicotine demon is an evil git!!
