Day 6

Yay. I made it through the weekend on to day six.

The weekends are the hardest as I used to do most of my smoking then.

I am avoiding smokers and parties for a while as those situations are just too dangerous at the moment. Although I know that I will have to face them sometime.

Right now I am happy that.......

I smell nice.

I can breathe better. :rolleyes:

I don't have to stand outside in the cold and smoke. (Its winter here in South Africa)
