I thing the big cravings have come to pass and now Im dealing with the nicotines mind games
I also have strong pains on my lungs and chest witch i supose is normal considering that i smoked for 15 years non stop more than 40 cigs the day
Hope I am going to make It for another day
All of us lets be strong
and dont give in to nicotine
we were deceived by the tobaco companys
time to quit
we can do this
Hi
i had these too during my early days of quit and sometimes now.....think it is just your body changing things healing and things moving .... but if you are worried you should see your doctor who will give you the correct answers .... but great news with your quit keep on going its a long road but worth it all in the end ..sorry for the scaremonger bit but i can only tell you that it happened to me and i am still here thankfully ..... but wish you good luck on your journey to freedom
The chest pains are normal for a lot of us but if they become really bad or last for a too long go see your Dr if only to set your mind at rest
I had them but they only lasted for a couple of days
Below is my standard welcome and advice post which I try and give all new members

I get one craving after the other , the one stronger than the other
I am at the office and I see the people having cigarette brakes , some when they realize I quit smoking they discourage me telling me that It is impossible and non of the people they know managed to quit.
But I manage to hold It
Today It will be a smokeless day that's my commitment to my self!
The fact that I know there's more people out there that are fighting It like me makes It much easier.
