You're right not to beat yourself up about it - it's done now and you can't unsmoke it, and well done for getting back on the wagon so fast!!

As long as you learn from it, it's not all loss - arm yourself with whatever it takes to beat smoking and beat it to tiny bits!!

Sorry to hear of your very minor blip ! You are right not to beat yourself up about it, but I'm so pleased for you that you are determined to get back on track without further delay.

Hopefully your early quit experience will stand you in good stead for your next and final quit
