Hi all today is day 9 since i quit again. I must admit that i had a couple failures during this year in regards to quitting, but i think those experiences has helped me this time around. I do have the urges to smoke, and yes its tough but its nothing i cant handle. I am not using any any nicotine replacement.
Thanks for reading,

Thanks, im trying...Honestly had a rough night working midnights lastnight and still managed to make it through without giving in...I was so tempted and resisted...Yes one day at a time,,,
I read many ppl stories on here and im just telling myself that ill smoke tomorrow and then when tomorrow comes i say tomorrow...I I see this helped other's get through the first horrible weeks.
Im lucky so far, havent gotten sick or anything crazy...Hope it stays like this....I quit last october so im thinking this is why i havent gotten sick when quitting.
Not sure about others but seems like everytime i quit i get so sick...Anyhow, not sick this time out and just tyring to overcome the evil.
Congratulations, Today is your double figure day <clap clap>. And cold turkey too. It is reading posts like yours of people a couple of days ahead of me that keep me determined not to give up the quit ...or the'escaping' as I read on someones post, I like that term better.
