coming to the end of month 3 but I must admit to having had half a ciggy but as I didn't smoke all of it I not counting it (can I do that).

looking forward to going into M3 now.

Well done on your 3 month quit.

The half cig, well to be honest, I would let you off with that, but I'm a softie!

Best thing would be to stick to your original quit date, but add in your signature that you had a wee blip.

Yep it's nearly the end of March and the start of April. The dates are flying over - roll on month 4. Half a ciggy is nothing - it's the bigger picture you need to look at.

I agree, look at the bigger picture Billy, but just be on your guard that you dont let it happen again it can be dangerous and you dont want to undo all the good you have done!

The only reason i didnt smoke a whole cig was because I had a good friend with me who stoped me.

What I will say is that I wont let it happen again 1/2 was 1/2 too much.
